In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, the regulations, circulars, and directives published within this scope, as well as the decisions, announcements, etc. of the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board") and other secondary regulations and applications ("KVKK"), as the "Data Controller," Tolon Global Makina San. ve Tic. A.Ş., registered with the Izmir Trade Registry Directorate under registration number 156118, with tax identification number 8490305543 at the Çiğli Tax Office, and located at Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone 10007 Sk. No:9 35620 Çiğli/Izmir ("Company/Our Company") takes the utmost care to ensure the security of your personal data. Accordingly, we process your personal data as explained below and within the limits prescribed by the KVKK.
Method of Collection, Legal Basis, and Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by Company officials and personnel through automatic methods when you fill out the "RFQ Form" on our corporate website, www.tolon.com, to request a quote from our Company. It is processed automatically, partially or fully, or by non-automatic means as long as it is part of a data recording system.
In this context, your personal data listed below is processed in a manner that is relevant, limited, and proportionate to the following processing purposes, in accordance with the general principles set forth in Article 4 of the KVKK and with legal justification:

Transfer of Personal Data and Purposes of Transfer
If you fill out the RFQ Form on our Company’s corporate website, your personal data listed above will be transferred abroad, based on the legal ground of execution of the necessary agreements, due to the fact that the data centers/servers of the email service providers used are located abroad, provided that all required technical and administrative measures for data security are implemented.
Except for the transfer mentioned above, your personal data will not be shared with any third party. However, your personal data may be transferred to your authorized agents and representatives, regulatory and supervisory authorities, courts, enforcement offices, and other official institutions, as well as other public institutions and organizations authorized to request your personal data, when necessary.
Data Subject Rights
You may contact our Company at any time to:
- Find out whether your personal data has been processed,
- Request information regarding the processing of your personal data if it has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred within or outside the country,
- Request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- To request that the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred be notified of the actions taken in accordance with subparagraphs (d) and (e) of Article 11 of the KVKK,
- Object to a result being produced against you solely through the analysis of your processed data by automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, you may exercise your rights.
You may submit your request by filling out the Application Form available from our Company and our website;

The company reserves the right to make changes to this disclosure text at any time for reasons arising from the KVKK, secondary regulations, and Board decisions. Any changes made to the disclosure text and the updated text will take effect immediately as of the date of notification to you.
